Visa.


In Germany/Europe:In all European capitols you will find an embassy, in other bigger cities Nepal is represented by consulates, where you also may apply for your visa. You can get your visa upon arrival at the international airport, but this can tyke up to three hours.
Costs: 40 Euro excl. 5 Euro administrative charge (only in the embassies/consulates).
Visa-extension: 30 $ for 15 days (you can pay in NRP, but they adapt the exchange rate daily not trusting their own currency as it seems).
Documents for the extension: 1 passport photo, copy of passport, copy of visa, application form which is to be filed online (!)
URL to the application form: http://online.nepalimmigration.gov.np/tourist-visa , in Kathmandu and Pokhara you will find plenty internet café with a printer. It is advisable to have a digital picture at hand – in another case, just take your profile picture from facebook or similar.
